Shipping policy

Our Standard Shipping Times are:

1-3 Business Days for Processing and 10-15 Business Days for Shipping.

Please understand that our products are sourced from all over the world and as a result shipping may be delayed based on shipping distance and customs procedures.  Our products will reach you, even if you are in the middle of nowhere!  Just keep in mind that it might take a little bit more time.

• The shipping times provided are calculated using an estimation based on the shipment date, and taking the transit time into account.
• Having an incorrect shipping address, inclement weather, Customs procedures, and diverse circumstances that escape our control may affect the delivery time.

Customs & Duties

1. Customer is responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred. We won't list a lower total on the customs form to pay fewer customs/duties fees because this practice is illegal.
