Return Policy for Classic Country Tees

The updated refund policy for Classic Country Tees with the new changes specified will now read as follows:

Return Eligibility

  • Items purchased from Classic Country Tees are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date, extending from the previous 14-day policy.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Initiating a Return

  • To begin the return process, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@marvis.life to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA number.
  • Include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your RMA request.

Customer Obligations

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. We continue to advise using a traceable shipping method for the secure delivery of your returned items.

Restocking Charges

  • A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price may now be applied to returned items, reduced from the previous maximum of 20%.

Refund Procedure

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Product Exchanges

  • We provide replacements solely for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if you need to exchange a defective or damaged item.

Final Sale Items

  • The policy on final sale items has been clarified: there are no final sale items, allowing all purchases to be potentially returnable under the conditions outlined above.
